HOW TO ADOPT YOUR PUPPY

If you are interested in adopting to one of our AKC Poodles, please follow these steps to get your name on the wait list:

Fill out a puppy application. We will send you a response email.
We can schedule a phone visit for any questions that you have.
If we feel that you would be a good fit for one of our puppies you will be required to put a deposit on your puppy.
We will put you on our wait list where you will be notified of all upcoming litters before social posting.
Once you choose a puppy we will coordinate payment of remaining balance and schedule a pick up time for your puppy.

HOW MUCH IS THE PUPPY DEPOSIT?

The initial deposit is $500, with the balance due at the time of puppy pick up.

IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

No, deposits are not refundable.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE THE NEXT AVAILABLE PUPPY IF I AM ON THE WAIT LIST?

No, you can choose to pass and you will keep your spot in line on the wait list. We enjoy helping match each puppy to their new families. We will help you though this process with pictures, personality and temperament descriptions.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I RECEIVE MY PUPPY?

~We will give your puppy it's first set of vaccinations.
~We have removed dew claws.

~Tails have been docked to 2/3 per breed standard.
~They have been dewormed at four weeks old and at seven weeks old.
~AKC papers and your puppy pedigree.
~Food and vitamin recommendation.

~Health Guarantee.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PUPPY?

We are located 2 hours from Las Vegas in Southern Utah. Flights are cheap from most cities to Las Vegas and we can arrange to meet you there. Flying with your new puppy on your lap is rewarding in its self. We can also meet you at closer locations if you are going to be in the area. There is a $50 fuel fee for meeting people and delivery to Las Vegas Airport.

Another option would be to hire a flight nanny to pick up the puppy and bring it to you. We can send you flight nanny information if needed.

AKC OR UKC REGISTERED POODLES?

Our puppies come with a limited AKC registration unless full rights have been agreed upon prior to receiving your puppy. We are very proud of our bloodlines and diverse pedigrees.

DO YOU OFFER A HEALTH GUARANTEE?

In the event that your Crimson Ridge Poodle has a serious health problem that is linked to a genetic issue, we do not guarantee financial compensation for your elected decision of treatment. However, if you contact Crimson Ridge Poodles and consult with us PRIOR to incurring any medical cost, we will consult with our team, including our Veterinarian to seek recommendations for best treatment options. We will not reimburse any Veterinary cost incurred other than costs that have received prior approval from the Crimson Ridge Poodle Team. The maximum that we will reimburse will be the cost that you paid for your puppy.

WHAT WOULD VOID MY PUPPIES HEALTH GUARANTEE?

Over Vaccinations
Failure to vaccinate
Spay or Neuter before the AKC published recommendations, (please review their recommendations)
Not choosing to feed your poodle either the recommended food or an equal quality food
Injury as a result of negligent care.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE HEALTH GUARANTEE?

Inherited genetic disorders or defects that were a result of parentage that is life changing or impair your poodle quality of life.

In the event that your puppy requires serious medical care and you have received prior authorization from the team of Crimson Ridge Poodles, your medical expenses will be covered up to and not over the purchase price of your puppy or your puppy can be surrendered to us and a new puppy will be provided within 18 months.
